Surveyor's verdict / key conditions सर्वेयर की जाँच
Verify (i) permit number and expiry on DOL, (ii) that the state / route of loss is listed on the permit, (iii) that the goods / passenger class matches (goods carrier on a passenger permit is a violation and vice versa). An expired or route-exceeded permit is a statutory violation; insurer may deny or Pay-and-Recover against the owner for TP. For OD, record it clearly in compliance remarks and refer for a legal view.
पक्का करें — (i) DOL पर permit number और expiry, (ii) नुकसान का राज्य/route permit पर listed है, (iii) goods/passenger class match करता है (passenger permit पर goods carrier या उल्टा — उल्लंघन)। expired या route-exceeded permit वैधानिक उल्लंघन; बीमा कंपनी deny कर सकती है या TP में owner के विरुद्ध Pay-and-Recover। OD में compliance remarks में साफ़ record करके legal view लें।
