How it works

Tap a page to select it. Drag the handle in a page's top-right to move it. Use the buttons under each page to rotate, duplicate or delete.

Extract selected makes a new PDF of only the pages you ticked, in the current order. Save organized PDF keeps every remaining page in the current order and rotation.

Organize a PDF Online for Free

Digitaliiisla's Organize PDF tool turns a long PDF into exactly the document you need. See every page laid out as a thumbnail, tick the pages you want, drag them into a new order, spin a sideways page the right way up and drop the pages you do not need — all inside your browser. It is perfect when someone hands you a 50-page PDF and you only need a handful of the pages, in a particular order.

Because the work happens on your own device, your document never leaves your phone or computer. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored, which makes it safe for contracts, statements, survey reports, ID copies and anything else private.

How to Organize a PDF

  1. Add your PDF. Drop it in or tap Select a PDF. Every page appears as a thumbnail.
  2. Choose the pages. Tap pages to select them, or type a range like 1-5, 8, 11-13 and press Select range. A live count shows how many are selected.
  3. Reorder and fix. Drag a page by its handle to move it, rotate a page, or delete and duplicate pages as needed.
  4. Extract or save. Press Extract selected for a new PDF of just the ticked pages, or Save organized PDF to keep every remaining page in the new order.

Extract Selected Pages or Save the Whole Reorganized PDF

Use Extract selected when you want a smaller PDF built only from the pages you ticked — they are combined in the order they appear on screen. Use Save organized PDF when you have reordered, rotated or removed pages and want to keep everything that is left. In both cases the pages are copied with pdf-lib rather than rasterised, so the text in your new PDF stays selectable and searchable.
