Surveyor's verdict / key conditions सर्वेयर की जाँच
Verify (i) permit class (A/C/National) matches the actual use, (ii) permit expiry on DOL, (iii) load within the Rated Load / Carrying Capacity on RC — overload is a very common breach for LGVs. Note: an LGV being driven on an LMV-NT (non-transport) licence is covered post-Mukund Dewangan (2017) only within some court views; for a transport LGV the driver should carry a transport-endorsed DL to avoid dispute.
पक्का करें — (i) permit class (A/C/National) असली use से match, (ii) DOL पर permit expiry, (iii) load RC पर Rated Load / Carrying Capacity के अंदर — LGVs में overload बहुत आम breach। नोट: LGV को LMV-NT (non-transport) licence पर चलाना Mukund Dewangan (2017) के बाद कुछ courts में माना गया; transport LGV पर dispute से बचने के लिए driver के पास transport-endorsed DL हो।
