Your organisation sees only what was sent to it

Surveyors stay in control of their work. Access rules are enforced inside the database — not just in the screens — so no one can read another organisation's claims or a surveyor's other files.

  • Verified organisationsEvery organisation is checked and activated by DigiSurvey before it can assign claims.
  • Row-level access controlClaims, reports and files are scoped to your organisation and to reports the surveyor explicitly sent.

Questions from insurers, brokers, TPAs and garages

Who can use DigiSurvey Connect?

Insurance companies, insurance brokers, third-party administrators (TPAs) and garages or workshops that work with licensed motor insurance surveyors. Every organisation is verified by DigiSurvey before it is activated.

How do surveyors connect with my organisation?

Share your organisation's invite code with your empanelled surveyors. They enter it once in their DigiSurvey Report Hub and appear in your Surveyors list, ready to receive claims. You can also invite a surveyor by email.

Can I upload many claims at once?

Yes. Download the Excel/CSV template, fill in up to 500 claims per file, map your own column names if they differ, preview the validation and assign surveyors in one go. Claims can also be created through the REST API.

What exactly do we receive from the surveyor?

The reports the surveyor chooses to send (spot, final, reinspection, bills and more) with the attached PDF, plus that survey's photos and documents. You can view, print or download them, acknowledge receipt or raise a query.

Is there an API?

Yes. The DigiSurvey Connect REST API lets your claim system create claims (one by one or in bulk), read status, list and download reports and acknowledge them. Webhooks notify your system when a report is submitted or a claim changes, signed with HMAC-SHA256.

How is our data protected?

Every organisation only sees its own claims and the reports surveyors sent to it — enforced by the database itself. API keys are stored only as hashes, file links expire, and each webhook carries a signature you can verify.

Do surveyors need to change how they work?

No. They keep using the DigiSurvey app for capture and reports. Accepting your claim creates the survey with your details filled in, and sending reports to you is a couple of taps from their Report Hub.
