Hospital & medical equipment survey — part & serial-wise, condition on record.
Survey hospital and diagnostic-equipment losses with every unit captured part by part and serial by serial. Model and serial read from the rating plate, calibration and service status recorded, every photo GPS- and time-stamped — and out comes a medical-equipment survey report on your own letterhead.

Put each unit on record — part, serial and status
Medical-equipment claims turn on exactly which unit was affected and its condition. DigiSurvey records that — make, model, serial, calibration and visible damage — in one dated, verifiable file.
Model & serial
Photograph the rating / serial plate and the make, model and serial read into the report — the exact unit, identified.
Part-wise condition
Record the condition of the unit, display, probes, sensors and accessories part by part, with damage highlighted.
Calibration & service
Capture calibration / service status, last-service date and AMC / warranty detail alongside the condition.
GPS + time on every photo
Each photo carries its location, date and time from the capture itself — proof of where and when it was surveyed.
Condition on record
The unit is captured and dated at survey — a clear baseline before it is moved, repaired or replaced.
Clean survey report
A print-ready medical-equipment survey report on your letterhead — unit, condition, status and captioned photos.
What you capture on a medical-equipment loss
From the imaging suite to the rating plate on each unit — every photo GPS- and time-stamped, part by part.

A medical-equipment survey in four steps
Open the claim
Start a case with the insurer, insured, policy and the equipment affected.
Capture on site
Capture each unit, its serial plate and accessories — every photo GPS- and time-stamped.
Mark the checklist
Record each unit's part-wise condition, calibration / service status and the apparent cause.
Report on your letterhead
The medical-equipment survey report is ready on your letterhead — details, condition, status and captioned evidence.
The evidence a claim needs, and what goes in the report
The medical preset prompts for these items on site, and prints them into the report in the same order.
On-site checklist
- Unit identity — the rating / serial plate with make, model, serial and rating of each affected unit.
- Part-wise condition — the main unit, display, probes / sensors, accessories and cabling, each recorded.
- Damage & extent — close shots of the damage — physical, water, surge or fire — and the portion affected.
- Calibration & service — calibration / service status, last-service date and AMC / warranty detail.
- Documents — the policy, purchase invoice, service / calibration records and any engineer's report.
In the survey report
- Case & policy details — insurer, insured, policy, period, location and dates of loss and inspection.
- Equipment schedule — each unit with make, model, serial, rating and location.
- Part-wise checklist — unit, display, probes, accessories and cabling, each marked and highlighted.
- Condition, status & cause — calibration / service status, the apparent cause and the extent of damage.
- Captioned evidence — photos two to a row, each with date, time and GPS, plus marked images and video links.

Frequently asked questions
What medical equipment can I survey with DigiSurvey?
Hospital and diagnostic equipment of all kinds — ventilators, patient monitors, imaging units (X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI), laboratory analysers, OT equipment, dialysis and more. The same workspace captures each unit part- and serial-wise and produces a medical-equipment survey report on your letterhead.
Can I capture the model and serial of each unit?
Yes. Photograph the rating / serial plate and the model and serial read into the report, or type / dictate them. Each unit appears in the equipment schedule with its make, model, serial and rating.
Can I record calibration and service status?
Yes. For each unit you can record the calibration / service status, last-service date and any AMC / warranty detail alongside its condition, so the report reflects the state of the equipment at survey.
Does every photo get a GPS and time stamp?
Yes. Every photo carries its location, date and time from the capture itself — not added later. The finished report also carries a QR code anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine.
Is the survey report on my own letterhead?
Yes. Every report carries your firm's name, logo and licence number and goes to the insurer as your document. The medical-equipment format is being rolled out, and we'll build the exact format your insurer asks for.
Does DigiSurvey decide the claim?
No. Medical-equipment losses are assessed by the surveyor under the policy terms and their own judgement. DigiSurvey records the evidence and produces the report; it does not decide liability or quantum on its own.
