Inspect a vehicle by link — GPS-stamped, insured-signed, verifiable.
Send one secure link and the vehicle photos come to you. Every photo carries where and when it was taken, pre-inspection shots have to be fresh, the insured signs the assessment on their own phone, and every report is QR-verifiable — a clean, checkable inspection trail for the claim file.

What comes back is checkable — not just forwarded
A photo from a phone gallery proves nothing on its own. A link-based inspection carries the evidence with it, so an assessor or insurer can see where and when each photo was taken and that the insured signed off.
GPS + time on every photo
Location, date and time are stamped as the photo is taken on the link — written in, not added afterwards.
Freshness window
Pre-inspection links only accept photos and video shot in the last few minutes, so old gallery shots can't slip in.
Signed by the insured
The insured reviews the assessment and signs on their phone; name, signature, date & time are recorded with the claim.
QR-verifiable report
Every finished report carries a QR code anyone can scan to confirm the document is genuine.
Secure, time-limited links
Each link uses an unguessable token for one survey and expires after a set time — it isn't a public, reusable URL.
Login-gated & private
AI features sit behind login and each surveyor's files stay in their own account. The customer link only uploads — it never shows other claims.
One secure link, three inspection modes
Pick the mode the case needs — the evidence trail is the same across all three.
Self-survey link
The insured uploads survey, repair & replacement photos, video and documents from their own phone — guided angles, no app, no login.
Live video survey
Inspect on a live video call and capture GPS-stamped photos yourself while you guide the customer around the vehicle.
PI / break-in link
The owner does a break-in (pre-insurance) inspection — guided angles, 360° walk-around video, with RC and GPS on every photo.
Every photo carries where and when
The stamp is written as the photo is taken on the link, so an assessor can read the location and time straight off the image.
- Location & time stamped on every capture, with the survey reference.
- Freshness window on pre-inspection links — old gallery photos are rejected.
- Guided angles so the required views and documents are never missed.
- QR on the report — scan to confirm the document is genuine.

The insured agrees — on record
Share a secure link and the insured reviews the loss-assessment summary, agrees to a bilingual declaration and signs with a finger.
- Name & finger signature captured on the insured's own phone.
- Date & time recorded with the signature.
- Declaration in English + हिन्दी so the insured understands what they accept.
- Carried into the report — the claim file shows the insured saw and accepted the assessment.
Reports in the formats your teams already read
The finished report comes out on the surveyor's letterhead in formats ready for the major public-sector motor insurers.
Frequently asked questions
What makes a link-based inspection verifiable?
Every photo is stamped with the date, time and location as it is taken on the link, pre-inspection links only accept photos and video shot in the last few minutes, the insured signs the assessment on their phone, and every finished report carries a QR code anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine. Together these make the inspection trail verifiable rather than a set of forwarded gallery images.
Does the vehicle owner need to install an app?
No. The owner or garage opens the secure link you send in their phone's browser — no app and no login. The surveyor's side runs inside DigiSurvey.
What are the three link-based inspection modes?
Self-survey link (the insured uploads guided survey, repair and replacement photos, video and documents), live video survey (you capture GPS-stamped photos yourself on a live call) and PI / break-in link (the owner does a guided pre-insurance inspection with 360° video, RC and GPS on every photo).
How does the insured sign the report?
The insured opens a secure link, reviews the loss-assessment summary, agrees to a bilingual declaration and signs with a finger. Their name, signature and the exact date and time are recorded and carried into the report.
Which insurers' report formats are supported?
Reports are produced in formats ready for New India Assurance, National Insurance, United India Insurance and Oriental Insurance, on the surveyor's own letterhead. DigiSurvey is independent software and is not endorsed by or affiliated with these insurers.
Can a remote link-based inspection replace a physical inspection?
Not always. A remote inspection depends on what the camera shows. The surveyor follows the insurer's instructions and does a physical inspection whenever the case needs it; the tool keeps the evidence and the trail straight either way.
